1. Product Overview
IS200ERIOH1AAA (ERIO = Exciter Regulator Input/Output Board) is the core I/O signal processing board dedicated to GE EX2100 / EX2100e generator excitation control systems, installed on the ERBP excitation regulator backplane and works with terminal assemblies ECTBG2 (analog) and EPCT (discrete) to complete field excitation signal collection and control output. It supports both simplex single regulator and dual hot-standby redundant excitation control architectures, acting as the signal bridge between the main EGP excitation CPU and all field excitation sensors, valve positioners, breaker status feedback, trip interlock signals and excitation pulse drive outputs. The board adopts double-wide slot structure, equipped with front panel toggle switch for local mode switching, multiple LED status lamps to display board running state, communication link health and channel fault alarms. Two independent P1/P2 rear backplane connectors realize dual redundant SRTP Ethernet communication with the rack main controller, guaranteeing uninterrupted data interaction during single link failure. Built-in multi-stage surge absorption and RC EMI filter circuits, 1500VAC isolation between field I/O and backplane control circuits to eliminate ground loop interference. Each analog/discrete channel integrates open-circuit and short-circuit self-diagnosis logic, uploading fault codes to the main excitation controller for real-time alarm display.
